This program is 12 months long because you are going to be learning about and taking action in all areas of your lifestyle.

This can only be accomplished taking a long-term approach.
The beauty of the long term approach is you will be making just a few small, yet very powerful, changes every couple weeks, accomplishing new milestones, almost not even realizing the amazing transformation you are experiencing. You'll be in an entirely different space-lighter, full of confidence, boundless energy, and ready to succeed and be healthy long into the future.

Goal setting realistic goals are easier to achieve because they provide a level of detail and relevance to the client that connects the goals to what the client values in  life.
Clients often express fairly general goals, such as wanting to tone muscles or lose some weight. It's my job to help you define goals in more specific and measurable terms so that progress can be evaluated.

Consults & Assessments are a crucial part of learning how to best serve you.  Before designing an exercise program that fits your needs and abilities, you have to know where you stand. 
A Health Assessment is provided as a way for you to get an estimate of your level of aerobic fitness, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and your functional fitness.
The results on each test provide you with a measure from which you can track your progress in each area as you become more physically active.
As your Trainer and Health Coach, I am eager to help you start or implement a program that flat out works.
