Back injuries continue to be a huge problem in the workplace and at home.  Follow these PBM tips to keep your back safe
 
 
  •  Always plant your feet firmly on the ground and stand as close to the load as possible.
 
  • Squat and keep your keep your back straight.
 
  • Use your leg muscles not your back to help you lift.  Tighten abdominal muscles too.
 
  • Avoid twisting and turning.  Turn by moving your feet, not your back
 
  • Don't lift or reach for heavy loads above your waist.

In the grand design of things you receive a B- for effort. Where you actually lost everybody was on your specifics. You know, people say, details make or break the argument.. And it couldn't be more accurate here. Having said that, permit me inform you exactly what did deliver the results. Your text is pretty powerful and this is probably the reason why I am taking an effort in order to comment. I do not make it a regular habit of doing that. Second, while I can see a jumps in reasoning you come up with, I am not necessarily sure of exactly how you appear to unite the points which in turn help to make the conclusion. For right now I will subscribe to your issue however wish in the future you link the facts better.

PBM is a great technique that prevent back injury! I should apply this for me as soon as possible. Because I have the back injury last six month and I hope this way would be very effective for me. Thank you so much for this post.
