Mike, the best fat burner fruits to eat for breakfast are????

Say Mike, the best fruits that burn fat are pictured below.
 
BREAK the FAST and burn the fat with fruit

 Apples, oranges, grapes, mangoes, etc., are excellent fruits. 
However, they do not burn fat like the ones pictured.
 
 
beef, pork, fish, poultry, soy products, cheese eggs, nuts, cottage cheese and yogurt.
 
So an ideal breakfast would incorporate choices from these groups.  Vegetables are also loaded with nutrients.  Leftover veggies from last night's dinner make quick and healthy breakfasts.  Use your imagination.
 
Don't limit yourself
Fish and chicken, especially fish, suppress the appetite more than any other food choices.  when you select these protein foods as breakfast foods, they naturally suppress the appetite for the day as well as give energy to the body to start the day.
 
Remember to have fun with your combinations, just don't skip breakfast.

Oatmeal....and not the instant sugary kind in those little pouches. I'm talking Bob's Red Mill oatmeal, 5 grain hot cereal, Muesli, or something like that. You can buy it in Kroger in the hippy section with the organic stuff or at Whole Foods in bulk from the girl with all the tattoos and face piercings. Each serving of the Old Country Style Muesli (my favorite) contains 110 calories, 4g of fiber (16% DRV), and 4g of protein. I double my serving size and make it with skim milk, which provides some protein and calcium, too. This and a piece of fruit and you won't be hungry 'til lunchtime.

I like Kashi Go Lean Crunch, it has the same protein as a whole egg,(9 gms.)Add some blueberries and you will stay full until lunch. Also, remember to eat an apple a day and a small yogurt. These are usually my morning ritual's however I do have to admit I have been known to eat those pre-packaged quick fix oatmeals if I forget to bring something for breakfast.
