Wellness and Good Health are good for me because I want to live longer to watch my grandchildren grow. The benefits I get with my workouts with Major go beyond just a workout, I rest better, I have more energy, I am physically stronger, I feel better overall and I am not stressed. I am also able to maintain a health size that I am happy with. Major knows the limits and he will push me to mine but not past them. I feel so good after my workouts with Major, it just makes my whole day go by so much smoother. When I miss my workouts, I feel sluggish and not as energetic. It is also important to eat right and Major encourages a health diet as well and he sets a very good example for all of us. Thank you Major Batton.

I think wellness and good health are important as foundational to "BEING". When I think of the type of life I want to live now and in the future it is a vision of being active, mobile, healthy and strong. Eating right and exercising are the enablers to that lifestyle.

Wellness and good health are important because they keep me feeling great. I'm able to enjoy biking and hiking, and all the activities I enjoy. Working out and eating right will enable me to continue to enjoy all life's activities for a very long time.

Health and Wellness are important to me because they help me control weight, relieve stress, and just simply feel good. An 80-year old triathlete once told me that "if you want to be functional at 80 you need to pay attention at 40." I think that sums it up
