Commitment for me is running for 28 years. You have to convince yourself how much better you will feel after you have completed your workout. You have to take the time to take care of yourself. If you don't who else will?

A stick-to-it attitude where you perserve during both easy and difficult times. I generally find I perserve because I have an over-riding motivation. For fitness, it is a stratgy towards long term health and well-being that keeps me going.

The thing that motivates me is my two children. I want to be around to see them grow old. When I want to stop or slow down I think of them. At the same time it makes me feel good also. You have to start somewhere and now that I started I do not want to go back. After My workout sets the tone for my whole day. I start teh day off right and the rest of my day continues to go the same way. Thanks Major for motivating me and teaching me a better way of life.

I want to keep going only because of how much better I feel than I used to. Before Major's Boot Camp, I worked out a iittle, but never took it to this level. Every workout makes me look and feel even better than before.

Thanks Major for encouraging me to push myself. Keep it up! I want to get in the best shape I have EVER been. I have grandkids I want to see grow up and I can't do that if I am not doing this!

My Motivation is to age gracefully. Since my 20 & 30's are behind me I'm trying to take care of the 40's so I have a good 50's & 60's. I'm using the "button" theory. age may go forward but inside health is going backwards if I can do anything about it :)

Thanks Major, phase 2 workouts are intense, so intense I count them as a cardio workout. My core is stronger than ever which I see in my running workouts and r=everything else in life

Working out with Major is no joke, he pushes you to do things you don't think your body can do. I'm glad I show up that is half the battle. Thanks Major.

I'm committed to my health because I want to stay active through the rest of my years whether at work or retirement. When I'm blessed with grandchildren, I want to be able to keep up with them and my very active husband..he rocks!! I want to be able to water ski, dance and hike, just to mention a few; for as long as possible. It is very important to me not to be dependant on any prescription drugs. It feels good to feel strong and healthy everyday! Thanks Major
