The thing that motivates me is my two children. I want to be around to see them grow old. When I want to stop or slow down I think of them. At the same time it makes me feel good also. You have to start somewhere and now that I started I do not want to go back. After My workout sets the tone for my whole day. I start the day off right and the rest of my day continues to go the same way. Thanks Major for motivating me and teaching me a better way of life.

I'm staying committed to Boot Camp because it makes me feel better. I can't remember the last time in my life that I was working out 5 days a week? My energy levels are much higher and my patience levels have increased (although some may disagree with that). The workouts also have forced me to eat better, since I don't want to ruin some of the improvements that have come as a result of the workouts. Thanks Major for pushing us hard.

I want a workout that I can be committed to. Once I have lost my weight I want to maintain and not go back to the old routine and gain the weight back. The fit in 30 routines are working for me.

I want to personally thank Major for all of the lunges and squats that he had me do yesterday. I remember each and every one of them when I stand up or sit down today. Ouch. :)
