Like shoes, one exercise routine doesn't fit all. You need to tailor your exercise routine to your condition, age, and life roles.
 
Seriously out of shape coach potatoes get overstressed mearly by taking the long hike down the hall, such individuals need exercise desperatley, but they must approach it with great caution.

The time goes very quickly - before you know it you've completed the workout. We all have 15 minutes in our day to take care of our health, so why not try it!

Exercise is like a 401k pension plan:  The more you put in now, the more you'll have later.  In the case of exercise, the more you do now, the more time and energyyou'll have later to enjoy your pension plan.
