This week was a good week for me and a challenging one.Thank you Major for helping me make it through another week. I did enjoy and appreciate the workouts this week.There is one special thing I would like to mention on Fri my workout i like the fact Major mixed up my work out for me . I belive he understands how bored i get if i'm doing the same thing all the time.I would like to thank "YodaGirl" Tammy Spence for helping me with theclever technique with the plank.In which I know this is a technique she learned from Major. So I want to say QUIDOS to both.i enjoyed my week.
