I DARE YOU TO JOURNAL FOR SEVEN DAYS
7 day food journal, all need is a small notebook, a pen to write it down (use a food journal app). Write every snack, every drink, stick of gum or mint.
Write down the time of day that you eat. You'll be surprised
at what you find. This sounds easy but most people have a hard time witting it down.
Remember to write everything down and bring your journal to camp next week. And I'll take a look at it and let you know what maybe sabotaging your results.
