Major’sfitness regime fit my busy lifestyle

I started working out with Major Batton in January ’12. My focus areas were to lose weight and improve my overall blood chemistry.  I started working out three days a week with Major and on the off days I would do cardio work.  In the past I’ve always made excuses as to why I couldn’t find time to work out with my busy schedule.  I typically work a 10 hour work day and then go home to spend time with my wife, 3 year old and 5 year old children.  So, finding the time really required me tout my physical health at the top of my priority list. 
 
Major’sfitness regime fit my busy lifestyle, as you really focus on getting as much done as you can in thirty minutes or less. There’s no wasted time and Major really pushes you on every exercise toge the most out of it.  Major is always aware of where you are at on your improvements and will cater the exercises to keep you improving and making gains. There are no “Boring” workouts with Major.
 
I’m certain without Major’s attention and focus; I would have skipped work outs or cut them short based on motivation or time.  Major will not allow this to happen.
 
I’m happy today that after working with Major for over ten months, I’ve lost weight(approximately 15 pounds) and have realized great improvements in my blood chemistry.  My total cholesterol has dropped approximately 100 points! My blood sugar is at normal levels and my blood pressure in no longer borderline high.  My own general Physician was very impressed at how I had achieved these result sand even said he’d only seen results like these a few times in his career.
 
About ten years ago I had a lower back injury that caused a lot of pain.  Every few months since the injury, I would aggravate my back doing routine activities and be in a lot of pain for a few days.  Since I started working out with Major three days a week, I have not experienced any lower back pain!
 
Major has also helped me tremendously with nutrition. I’ve spent a lot of time discussing my diet with him and he always gives great advice.  Major is very knowledgeable about proper nutrition and his advice will work if you listen to him.
 
I can honestly say that without Majors help and motivation on a daily basis, that these results would not have been achievable. Major can help you change your life, if you give him the time and you listen to his advice!  I would recommend Major as a Fitness instructor to anyone who is serious about making changes in their life.

I have worked out for years but decieded I needed a boost to help me get in better shape and to help me loose a few pounds. So I joined one of Majors 8 week programs. During the 8 weeks I lost 8 pounds and two inches off my waist. Major helped me improve my balance, have more flexibility and increase overall strength. I believe that his training would be helpfull to anyone. Even individuals that have been working out for years.
