How did I achieve the goals that we set?

Major told me that I didn’t get this way over night, so don’t expect to get back in shape overnight.
When I first started it was hard to walk on the treadmill more than 10 minutes @ a time. To date I have now walked in (8) ½ marathons with more planned + (1) Mud-Stash. When I’m at home I walk at least 3 miles a day 6 days a week.
I am now more aware of what I’m eating and how much.
My total Cholesterol has dropped 40 points.
Triglycerides down 47 points
LDL down 34 points
So how is this a health return on my investment?
For calendar year 2015 I have earned a reduced cost on my health care. That’s money in my pocket. No costly medications to take on a daily basis, again that’s money in my pocket.
My current yearly workout cost = $55.00 x 12 = $660.00
So I take my health care savings which is $240.00 for 2015 and apply it to my work out fee.
$660.00 is my current workout fee $240.00 Health care cost savings $420.00 final workout cost.
This is just over a 36% saving on my workout fee!
I have told you this in the past “There are things that I could do 20 year ago that I can’t do now, but I’m doing thinks now that I never thought I would be doing 20 years ago.”
