Here's the problem: most exercise and nutrition programs only focus on losing or gaining weight. That means you either lose fat and muscle together, or you gain muscle and fat together. Your end result is the same soft physique. We wouldn't call it "shapeless" because it IS a shape... It's big in all the wrong places and small in all the worst places. As a trainer, you might think I'm above all that. But I must admit to a special “talent” for gaining fat. I've struggled to remain lean my entire life. |
