- 60 SECOND SQUAT (MUSCLE STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE LOWER BODY)
- 60 SECOND INCLINE PUSH-UP (MUSCLE STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE UPPER BODY)
- 60 SECOND SIT-UP OR CRUNCH (ABDOMINAL STRENGTH)
- 60 SECOND PLANK (2 MINUTE MAX).
