No matter what your fitness level is, this class is for those that want to be challenged with a no nonsense total body workout using your own bodyweight!  It's for anyone who wants to shape, tone and tighten their bodies and improve their overall health and mental well being. 
     You will feel energized and empowered by Major targeted boot camp style workouts and will be fit, trim and toned when he's through with you!  He also teaches you how to keep looking and feeling amazing far long after your program is over.  Bring your own mat, a towel and water.  You will do a variety of exercises that combine, stretching, toning, strengthening, agility, and cardio, all into an hour circuit.
