My motivation is health and beauty. I want to be healthy and feeel good on the inside and I want my outward appearance to reflect it. I am 44 and I want to maintain good health and look the best that I can. That's my motivation and I'm willing to put forth the time and effort

My good health is everything to me. I don't want to live in pain if I can prevent it. The best prevention method I know of is diet and exercise. I thought that jogging was enough to keep me healthy but I was wrong. The fit in 15 showed me that toning with cardio combined with proper diet is the answer to staying as fit as possible. It helped me mentally and physically. I LOVE LOOKING GOOD AND FEELING GOOD. Thanks major. Keep up the great work

I just began the FitN15 2 weeks ago, and it is a great program. It is fun and challenging, and the time goes very quickly - before you know it you've completed the workout. We all have 15 minutes in our day to take care of our health, so why not try it!

I feel like wellness and health are just as important as having solid financial security, friends, etc. To me it is about having balance in all aspects of my life and ensuring that I am as strong tomorrow as I am today (if not stronger). I want to be successful in life, and therefore feel that I need to take action today to build a solid foundation for the future.

My personal wellness & health are very important to me, because I want to avoid taking prescription medications hopefully for a lifetime. I see so many family members and friends so dependant on so many prescription drugs; mostly due to unhealthy/inactive life styles. I also want to be able to stay active, as I enjoy so many outdoor activities; especially water skiing, hiking, biking, walking, etc. I want to stay healthy and fit for my future retirement. My overall health is very important to me; I want to be around long enough to see my 5 children get married, have children and their children grow and prosper. thanks

Health and Wellness are important to me because they help me control weight, relieve stress, and just simply feel good. An 80-year old triathlete once told me that "if you want to be functional at 80 you need to pay attention at 40." I think that sums it up

Wellness and good health are important because they keep me feeling great. I'm able to enjoy biking and hiking, and all the activities I enjoy. Working out and eating right will enable me to continue to enjoy all life's activities for a very long time.

I think wellness and good health are important as foundational to "BEING". When I think of the type of life I want to live now and in the future it is a vision of being active, mobile, healthy and strong. Eating right and exercising are the enablers to that lifestyle.

Major, as I get older I realize that taking care of myself will pay benefits in the long run.

Wellness and Good Health are good for me because I want to live longer to watch my grandchildren grow. The benefits I get with my workouts with Major go beyond just a workout, I rest better, I have more energy, I am physically stronger, I feel better overall and I am not stressed. I am also able to maintain a health size that I am happy with. Major knows the limits and he will push me to mine but not past them. I feel so good after my workouts with Major, it just makes my whole day go by so much smoother. When I miss my workouts, I feel sluggish and not as energetic. It is also important to eat right and Major encourages a health diet as well and he sets a very good example for all of us. Thank you Major Batton
