"Better Sweaty Than Dead Boot Camp" for a little over 3 months and have gotten the results that I want to see !!
Exercising by yourself is OK, but I've always ran into a wall in my routine or didn't see the results fast enough. It was like a chore. I am attending the morning 6AM-7AM session Monday, Wednesday, Friday and it is a blast to say the least.
You feel good about yourself, Major pushes you in a positive way, and you develop a competitive attitude to push yourself. Major is the real deal in fitness and not a trainer who only knows about weight-lifting. I have lost at least 10 pounds during this time, feel better at work, and have more energy during the week. Major truly wants to see you in your best shape and he puts fourth 100% into every session.
