It may come as no surprise to you that I'm a big believer in natural and organic food.
My approach to nutrition is pretty basic fruits, vegetables.
Fruits and vegetables are packed with vitamins, minerals, healthy plant chemicals, and fiber.
Different fruits and vegetables are higher or lower in different plant chemicals, but hey all have unique profile and combinations.
Many of these vital nutrients are now available in tablet form. nothing against supplements, but the Warrior way is to find them in whole foods. Here are some that I always try to include in my weekly diet:
