"Every body has 15 minutes to commit to be FIT".
This program requires that you keep an online record of your exercise sessions on my fitness blog. Keeping track of your workouts is a great way to stay committed and motivated.
FIT TIP: adding an additional 15 minutes, example 15 in the morning and 15 in the afternoon will give you a total of 30 minutes of FITness.
