"Better Sweaty Than Dead Boot Camp" for a little over 3 months and have gotten the results that I want to see !!
Exercising by yourself is OK, but I've always ran into a wall in my routine or didn't see the results fast enough. It was like a chore. I am attending the morning 6AM-7AM session Monday, Wednesday, Friday and it is a blast to say the least.
You feel good about yourself, Major pushes you in a positive way, and you develop a competitive attitude to push yourself.
